Patient came with extraction socket with 3 mm of residual bone height has done some amount of socket Grafting with Biooss bone graft and after three months has gone for indirect sinus lift surgery with 6mm of residual bone and lift of 6 mm with bone grafting with use of Growth factor from patient own blood and immediate Implant placement
